Marta Danilkovich

Genre diversity, emotional richness, fantasy, and technical skills of Marta Danilkovich surprise and inspire listeners.
Her intensive concert activity includes performances as a violin solo, chamber music, and as part of various ensembles and bands.
Love of music and perfectionism has led her to win numerous competitions and perform at world-famous halls such as Carnegie Hall in New York and the Mozarteum in Salzburg (Duo Divites, 2019).
Marta has performed on stage in about 20 countries around the world.
Born in Minsk, Belarus, Marta has been playing the violin since the age of six. While studying at the Belarusian State Academy of Music, she took part in the Bayreuth Festival of Young Performers with her string quartet in 2008. Later in 2009, they received a prize at the Oginsky International Chamber Music Competition.

In 2009 she founded Duo Divites. The performances included their own arrangements for two violins later published by Bärenreiter Verlag and Da Vinci Publishing. In 2020, the debut album "Cogitare et Sentire" was released on the Primton label.
In 2019 Duo Divites took first place in the "Grand Prize Virtuoso" of the Salzburg International Music Competition, AT; The "Grand Prize Virtuoso" of the International Music Competition Amsterdam, NL. Second place in the Golden Classical Music Awards, USA; The 4th Geneva International Music Competition, CH and other prizes.
TV: Marta was in the ARD television series Hotel Heidelberg in 2016. In 2020 she played violin in the SWR documentary series "Die Scheune".
During 2020-2021, Marta received various scholarships from Deutscher Musikrat, Hessischen Kulturstiftung, Musikfonds, Kulturamt Frankfurt a. M. With these scholarships, she recorded a solo CD "UnCOVERed Emotions", composed and recorded her composition "A.FAHOCCI 987" and founded several ensembles.

Marta plays on an old Italian violin by Raffaele Trapani (ca. 1820), kindly loaned to her by master violin maker Peter Körner from Mainz.

Johanna Roehrig

Having finished her Master’s degree with distinction and a DipRAM Diploma from the Royal Academy of Music in London, Johanna Roehrig is now completing her Artist Diploma at the HfMT Hamburg, while already enjoying a busy schedule performing internationally as a recitalist and concerto soloist, deeply rooted in the musical landscape of Europe.

Highlights of the current and upcoming season include a TV broadcasts with the PKOW Wernigerode (Beethoven violin concerto), recitals for NDR Kultur Klassik a la Carte (radio broadcast) and the Kultursommer Hamburg as well as solo concertos in Germany, Spain and England.

As a soloist she performed with orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra London, the Deutsche Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland-Pfalz, the Norddeutsche Philharmonie Rostock (both Germany) and the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto in Italy, and as a chamber musician and recitalist she appeared in festivals including the 40. Petworth Festival (England), Brahms-Festival (Germany) and AURORA Chamber Music Festival (Sweden) co-working with pianists like Hubert Rutkowski, head of piano at the HfMT Hamburg. Johanna Roehrig has been part of a CD recording by the international label SONY where she appeared as a soloist with the NDR Orchestra Hanover and conductor Michael England, recorded as part of the New Sound of Classical series by SONY.

Going beyong her classically influenced work as a performer, she designs and realises her own, cross-genre projects, funded by the Deutsche Musikrat and the GVL, receiving further support by instrument dealer YAMAHA Europe.

As a multiple scholarship holder Johanna Roehrig plays a Jacob Stainer violin from 1675, Absam, kindly loaned to her by a generous sponsor through the J & A Beare’s International Violin Society.
